Easy to use locking mechanism for various casting ring sizes. Very short melting cycles enable quick casting sequences.

Always remove casting residues from the crucible! In order to avoid contamination.

 It is advisable to pre-heat the alloy when using a less efficient casting machine!

Induction heating:

During gentle melting in the induction casting machine, the oxide layer of the remanium® alloy cracks, this signals the correct time to cast the metal.

Pre-heat the crucible in the furnace! When melting the metal with the torch, the oxide layer must not be allowed to crack.

Torch casting:

A correctly adjusted burner with an approx. 5mm long flame (propane – oxygen)

  • Propane = 1 bar
  • Oxygen = approx. 2 to 3 bar.

Best results are achieved by using a burner with a mulit-oriface spray head.
The correct time to cast can be observed when the casting ingots collapse and the molt metal begins to move under the pressure of the flame.
